How EVY INSIGHT works
Four things happen, once a week, and none of them take long. Here they are in the order you meet them.
What happens, step by step
Step 1.The check-in arrives
Once a week we send you one email with one link, and your check-in is on the other side of it — nothing to install, no new password.
Step 2.You answer five questions
Five short questions about everyday life for the person you care for — sleep, mood, focus, energy and memory — one at a time, in large type, with nothing to prepare.
Step 3.The picture builds
Every check-in you finish is kept as an entry in a private journal you can look back through, and weeks you skip are simply listed — never counted against you.
Step 4.It stays yours
Your journal is stored securely in the EU and is only ever seen by you and the EVY INSIGHT team, never by sales or marketing.
The rest, in plain words
How often
Weekly for the first six weeks. After that the same five come round about once a month, with a short set about everyday independence every few months.
What we ask
For each of the five, whether it has been better, the same, or harder than usual. That is the whole of it — about two minutes.
What is optional
Optional uses of your information — like de-identified research — are separate choices you can decline entirely, and everything else keeps working just the same if you do.
Stopping
Taking part is voluntary. You can pause or stop at any time, and joining or declining never affects your warranty, refunds, or support.
